As we prepare to wrap up 2020, I can truly say that I am looking forward to what the New Year will bring!!! As challenging as this year has been, I can genuinely say that we have felt the support of our community as we have helped children and families make the most out of the unexpected realities of this year.
Hats off to our staff who remained flexible and put their heart and soul into working at home while balancing family and work life in the same space. Then there were those that didn’t miss a beat as they continued to physically be present to serve. We have distributed food, clothing, and school supplies. Assisted with financial need, continued our Adult Learning classes and encouraged our adolescent parents. Without our volunteers and collaborative partners throughout Spartanburg County some of these accomplishments would have been impossible. So THANKS to all of you for your willingness to adapt, your dedicated service and your commitment to children and families!
We are looking forward to 2021 and whatever it brings. We know that together we will continue to bring the talent, time and treasures of our community together to help families thrive.
