Our program is designed to holistically address the needs of Latino families in our community, aligning with the Community Health Worker (CHW) model, National Family Support Network Quality Standards, and the 5 Protective Factors: Parental Resilience, Social Connections, Concrete Support in Times of Need, Knowledge of Parenting and Child Development, Social and Emotional Competence of Children.
Incorporating early childhood development and connecting families to health and social resources, we create a comprehensive approach aligning with the mission of the Upstate Family Resource Center to help families thrive.
This integrated model aims to empower families by providing comprehensive support, promoting self-sufficiency, and fostering a thriving community. Through diligent data collection, strategic partnerships, and a commitment to continuous improvement, we aim to create lasting positive impacts on the families we serve.
